This online Poetry Contest is a theme free contest we welcome all themes like Love, Society, Family, Heartbreak, History of Intricate observation on day-to-day life.

Anyone who is above 14 years old can participate in this online poetry contest.

1. Following rules are applied
2. Please clearly mention your name, email & all required details.
3. Poetry must be written in Hindi.
4. Poetry must be the original work of the participant.
5. Participants must be either Indian or Indian descendants.
6. Uploading inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
7. The participant can submit only one of his/her works at a time.
8. The deadline to participate in this online poetry contest is 15/09/2021
9. Result will be declared in November.
10. All the participants will receive participation certificates. Please read the rules carefully for not to get disqualified.
11. The poetry will be available on Shabd Factory's blog, Instagram and Facebook even after the contest ends.
12. Free participation in “Junoon-e-Manch” will be provided only for Judges choice winner.
13. The competition organising committee has the ultimate authority to interpret the rules and regulations and has the right to make any changes to them as necessary.
14. Certificate & prize distribution will be started after 15 to 20 working days from the day of declaration of result.
15. The decision of Shabd Factory Judges will be final.
16. Poetry that violate copyright laws will be disqualified.
17. Submissions with likes from fake accounts will be disqualified.
18. Certificates will distribute through email.
19. Results will be displayed on the same page where you will submit your poems.
20. The judge's selection procedure doesn't consider likes on your submission.
21. The judges' decision has nothing to do with the popularity or likes of your poem.
22. The judges' decision will be final.
23. Participants must follow the organiser's arrangement; Otherwise, the organiser has the right to withdraw the prize eligibility of the participants
24. Those who have copied the actions of others will themselves be responsible or accountable.
25. Read all the rules of the Shabd Factory's Online Poetry Contest carefully before participating.The information given by you should be complete and true.
26. If the number of entries overflows the TOP likes bracket due to the same number of likes, judges will take the final call to decide which entries should be considered for Popular Choice Winner.
27. You own the intellectual property rights (things such as copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Shabd Factory. It is subjected to the Terms and Service, Community Standards, and Privacy Policy of the platform.

Judge Choice WinnerThree winners will be chosen by the judges. Judging criteria for this category will not consider likes count. Judges' decision is purely based on the quality of the poem. It has nothing to do with the popularity of the poem.
Popular Choice WinnerJudging criteria for this category are purely based on the popularity of the poem. The poem that scores the highest number of likes on Instagra within the duration of the event will be the Popular Choice Winner.
In conflict when the highest likes are socred by multiple participants, the judges will decide one winner and the decision will be final.
The submission may still gain likes even after the event but the likes count for this event will be considered within the duration it was active.
Note: Likes from the fake accounts will disqualify the submission.
BOOK & E-BOOK
E-Book will published after distribution of certificate.
Paperback book will published after publishing of of E-Book.
E-Book will available for everyone for free.
